Vance started his career in the aerospace manufacturing industry. Later he owned his own manufacturing business before changing careers in 2006 to financial service. Vance and his wife are active in their local church and currently Vance serves on the executive board and leadership team. Vance has been a SmartVestor Pro with Dave Ramsey since 2011 and is the longest serving SmartVestor Pro in the Northwest Arkansas area.
